I suddenly noticed that they are wrinkly, partially pink and partially black...haven't really noticed the colour before. Is it something to be worried about? He wont let me touch them and the vet isn't here. He's a 4 and a half year old German Spitz.

  1. Get him neutered and you won't have to look at them anymore.

  2. Depends on the breed.  Get the dog neutered.  There are a lot of diseases that can attack an unneutered dog, including testicular cancer.

A friend of mine owned an unneutered dog.  He said it made him cringe imagining how the dog would feel about being neutered.  The dog died of testicular cancer at the age of 6.

  3. I'm assuming that you are talking about his s*****m...that can be any color.  If he doesn't let you touch them, that could just be he doesn't want you to touch OR perhaps something is wrong....but you'd have to go to a vet for that.  Is his s*****m swollen or does it have a rash or wound?  Check for that, then tell the vet everything.  If your vet is not in town, you can always go to another one.

  4. i don't think its anything to worry about.
