yes. your dreams reveal your inner thoughts feelings wants and fears that probably your conscious thought doesn't let them come out while you are awake. as for their interpretation you are probably the best one to understand them because only you really know what something means to you there are no rules like a spider means that and stuff. every dream means something different because its your subconscious making them

who knows? maybe what we perceive as real is in reality a dream, and what we dream is the real world in which we exist
