Are dwarf hamsters supposed to be small??

Question

both of me dwarf hamsters are the size of an egg and the other wich is a short hair is about 2 nail polish together... are my dwarf hamsters still baby's?? ive had my short hair for about maybe 1 and a half year or two and my dwarf i just got them today and forgot to ask the lady at the store.. im kinda worried any help

haha don't worry, they are indeed supposed to be the size of an egg. that is their maximum growth.  they're such cute animals though!!!

Yes sweetheart, that's the reason for the dwarf part, egg size is adult, but if you need assurance go petco or petsmart and look at the ones on display for yourself, they don't display babies. (and no I was not being sarcastic I just call people sweetheart sometimes)

They are supposed to be relitivaly small, egg sized sounds about normal.

Do not go to petsmart

their animals are very unhealthy especially rodents and when they are deathly ill they're just left to die

My dwarf hamster passed away about a month ago at a ripe old age, and he was probably about 4 or 5 inches long.  Yours still have some growing to do.

Yes, dwarf hamsters are very small. My friend had two and they were about two inches long! They are tiny, do not worry, they do not have a abnormality or somthing. :P
