Well, I think Cody and Dylan are either straight or bisexual. g*y? Not really.
Then again, I haven't watched any of their interviews so I can't really be sure.

Just look at those obvious signs of awkwardness when asked about guys and girls.
Although on my part, I actually am more comfortable around anyone who is generally not making me look ugly. XD

I also think they are bisexual OR g*y. They always talk about girls but you never see them with one :P I have seen cole dancing when he was drunk and it looked very g*y.
You should also see cole sprouse videos with his friend dillion... these were very g*y. Have a look at coles facial expressions when interviewers ask him about girls :P he looks confused and troubled. I agree with that answer. If you pay attention to both of them and their behavior in interviews and everywhere else, you can clearly see that they are bisexual.
