  1. I would think so since you can have unlimited email addresses and there's no way to verify who the address belongs to. Most people only have one name, so I would think that would make a hand written signature superior, well not just superior but much better.

  4. Yes,it is completely impossible to verify e-mail petitions and as such they are a waste of time.

  5. Yes, they ignore e-mails, letters and phone calls. They are self serving. If is not good for them, it will fall on deaf ears.
