i eat that big bag once a month-i am semi veg- grilled chicken, sometimes turkey, and seafood-i rarely drink soda- i do sit ups- i walk on the treadmill-i also am slender- i weigh in the 140s and i'm 5 ft 6- and 21-i also drink lots of water- and rarely any juice-i stick to eating tons of fruits and veges-i dont eat red meat or pork-i just eat these doritos- that's the only bad thing i eat-so i'm kind of concerned-and its hard to not eat them- i fight going to the isle looking at the bag- that's how bad its gotten- i used to eat cheetos a lot- but i grew tired of the taste-i am not a sweet or chocolate eater really-and i am pretty strict on eating fruits and veges-its just the doritos-i just eat that bag of doritos once a month- with all of the trans-fats i really wonder if i'm doing damage-
