Are ebays called "bidder 3" & 'bidder 6" etc, fake?

Is this a real person? the other bidders are "bidder 5, bidder 6" No names have come up just bidder, the number and a star.

  1. Not that I know of....otherwise "bots" would dominate...."bots" are mini programs to do a specific thing.


  2. No its just a privacy thing.Instead if revealing ebay users ID's they have decided to put bidder 1,bidder 2 etc to protect ebay users.
