Are electrical outlets in the Costa Rica the same as in the US?

If not, what adapters will I need to make sure I can charge my laptop and camera? Thanks.

  1. Yes and no.  The current is 110 volts (like ours) but I have rarely seen a three pronged plug. So if your laptop and camera come with a 3 pronged plug you will have to get an adapter at your local

    hardware store or Walmart.
