Nope, according to http://www.lni.wa.gov/WorkplaceRights/Le... employers in WA do not have to pay you for sick days.  Your employer is not even required to pay you vacation days or pay for holidays.  If you get that, that's a benefit, employer provides it so he sets the rules and he doesn't have to let you use a vacation day for a sick day if he doesn't want to.
