Are energy drinks being banned?

there has been this on going discussion about banning energy drinks for kids under 17 years old.. is this true.. and if so.. when is it suppose to start?

Soon maybe? In CA I think there going to limit to 1 a day before school starts in the morning.

I really doubt that. Companies that make energy drinks would go berserk. Kids and young adults are their one of their highest markets.

well according to my friend in coca cola yes they are trying to ban energy drinks but it will be difficult to pass this law
