  1.     Mix the following ingredients together in a blender:

    1 egg

    1 banana

    1 small can V-8

    6 large strawberries

    2 tablespoons honey

    1 cup orange juice

1-2 cups milk (or soy milk), to desired consistency

    ¼ tsp. salt

    dash of nutmeg

    Drink it all up.

  2. If you're talking Red Bull then no, but Gatorade, yes.  What helps me when I'm hungover is a small breakfast that won't bother my stomach too much (think toast), some Advil, a Gatorade, and a small glass of coffee (some people say no caffeine, but it makes my head feel better quite fast).  Continue to drink water/Gatorade throughout the day to rehydrate.  Also take a multi-vitamin as you probably lost some essential nutrients as a result of the alcohol.

  3. Eat a piece of toast slathered in honey. The starch helps soak up the excess acid your stomach produced to combat the alcohol that was eroding its insides, and the sugars in the honey help the body metabolize alcohol in the system. Good luck!

  4. Before you go to bed on a night of drinking, take 2 or 3 tylenol or motrin ,and drink a glass of water or gatorade! Follow up with the same when you wake up!

  5. Energy drinks are not a good way to recover from hangovers. There are hundreds of different remedies that people will recommend.  I personally like to sleep it off as much as possible.  And, I like drinking Vitamin Water; get the Revive flavor it seems to work well with hang overs.  All in all, you just got to figure out what works best for you. (But sleeping a lot will definitely help)

  6. For me, it's all about the night before, and not just the drinking.  I find that drinking a lot of water after I'm done drinking and before I go to sleep, and maybe even taking an aspirin or two at that time, seems to help the next morning.

Could be the placebo effect, though.

  7. You're hungover because you're dehydrated.  Take some tylenol and drink a lot of water.  There isn't anything else you can do.

  8. No, energy drinks are terrible for hangovers. Water and salty foods always work best for me.

  9. anything with a lot of Electrolytes in it. i like VitaminWater

  10. Yeah like Gatorade or something liek that with electrolytes to help re energize your body.
