  1. Yeah I heard if u drink to much they make your system "crash." If you really want energy eat a lot of sweets. Works for me!!!

  2. If you're not drinking it everyday then maybe it's fine.Usually most energy drinks contains too much caffeine so that's why it not advisable to drink it everyday.

  3. id you drink them over and over like evry hour or somthing yea thats realy bad for you but if u drink them somtimes its ok

  4. YES.

They're loaded up with so much caffeine they are almost like a mild amphetamine. I wouldn't drink them at all.

  5. If used as intended and in moderatin they are not bad for you. Most people who say they are bad simply do not know what they are talking about. Yes they do have lots of sugar and caffeine and high calories but it is not as bad as they think.

The first issue is caffeine. They claim there is too much caffeine yet coffee has more. Energy drinks have between 80 - 83 mg of caffeine per serving and coffee starts at 85. Now compare to green tea (30mg), sodas (30 - 50mg), regular tea (50mg) they do have more but not THAT much more. But keep in mind too, caffeine does dehydrate and us and deplete us of B vitamins and calcium. We also should not consume more than 300mg per day which is the maximum safe level.

The next issue is the sugar which is usually most of the calories. Regular energy drinks have betwen 26 - 34g of sugar perserving. They also have between 110 - 140 calories per serving. NOT 300 calories.

Remember I said if used as intenede and in moderation they are not bad. The problem is most people who use them have too many. But then coffee drinks do the same thing. Red Bull recommends having only 1 to 2 a day. Even the 2nd largest seller, which  is the 1st and largest healthy energy drink, XS Energy suggests having only one and recommends against having more than 2.

First start off with plenty of water and nutrition. Those will help you with energy naturally. If you feel tired drink 2 glasses of water. If you feel better you were just dehydrated, which makes us tired. If not then consider having an energy drink.

  6. yes

  7. well one a day is fine, but if you have lots it one day it makes you heart race fast and you go hyper but when it wears off you feel horrible, tired, and grouchy and moody.

    hope this helps

  8. yup yup...way to much sugar

  9. Energy comes from food not  some cocktail of E numbers additive preservatives and other unspeakable substances.

Energy drinks are a con usually full of sugar and of no real value to the system.

  10. Yupp.

  11. In moderation, not really. Try and drink no more than 1 per day, because otherwise the caffeine will build up in your system and you will depend on caffeine to keep you awake.

  12. All of them

  13. Depends; like anything...read the food label.

If you're drinking something with a lot of sugar and/or high fructose corn syrup...might as well drink a can of pop.

Red Bull makes a sugar free version, and you're seeing similar versions from some of the other makers.

Honestly...99.99% of people do not need a 300-calorie sugar bomb of anything before exercising or whatever else you're doing.
