Are eyewitnesses more credible than conspiracy theorists?

In almost all cases, almost anyone is more credible than conspiracy theorists.  Their predilictions for grasping at one tiny anomaly (such as the passport thing at the WTC) and spinning an entire vast web out of it is absolutely amazing.

Eye witnesses see things and report them, conspiracy theorists make things up!

Usually, but we all see things in different ways.

We exploit each others lack of knowledge so this is why conspiracy theories flourish. Knowledge is power.
