Are facebook bumper stickers a patented idea? or can i replicated them without encountering any legal issues??

I wouldnt like to use the facebook logo, but more of the bumper sticker contents.... so really im not printing the facebook logo at all.

"Facebook" name is patented. You would have to get permission to use the name and logo.
