  1. i would think so, but they might also be your hearts way of telling you that there is more out there for you.  you should really think about what interest you and go for.  even if just hobbies

    If you're depressed, it can lead to unfulfillment.


  3. I certainly believe so. Whilst depression can be associated with a chemical imbalance in the brain, it can also be affected by the life you lead and your interpretation of it. I struggle with negative thoughts and often ask myself what it is I have actually done with my life so far. I'm far from stupid, have plenty of qualifications and yet still work in a store on minimum wage. Sometimes we get this dreaded feeling of being unfulfilled and become depressed by it because we know there is so much more out there. Maybe it would help if you listed the things that you feel would fill the gaps and start working towards one. I'm working on mine too.
