Or unhealthy? I know they can cause multiple births (that is if they are successful) but what else is there to know?

  1. They are expensive!!!!I don't think there is anything bad exept the chance of a single birth is like 10 percent

  2. It depends on what type of meds they put you on. I did clomid the first of this month it costed me a thirty dollar doctor visit and a forty dollar script and I am pregnant. It really just depends on your Doctor and insurance. I had been trying for five years and it worked the first month.

I can tell you that Clomid makes you extremely cranky thirsty and have loss of appetite. Other than that its over in six to seven days and your life goes back to normal.

    baby dust to you!

  3. Your doctor would be a good source of information if you are thinking about using a fertility enhancer.

  4. Yes they can be a very good thing! There is a 20-25% chance of twins and about 7% or less of triplets and about 2 or 3 % chance of quads or more.  They have very little side effects and long term side effects are miniscule since you aren;t on them for very long. As far as your baby goes the risk of birth malformities are about the same as if you got pregnant naturally. You just need to really think about what feels right for you.Good luck and babydust!

  5. THEY WORK. TRUST ME. they do.

    but it's expensive.

meds and shots will run you in the thousands, or at least 1,500 plus some dollars.

    constant monitering

    constant check ups

and lots and lots and lots of whoopi..(and I don't mean goldberg either!!!)
