Are fish fingers called fish fingers in America?

Again, it's for my book and I just want to make sure I get it right! I'm just wondering incase they/you have another name for them

Yes, fish sticks or fish fingers...much like the chicken fingers.

They are called "FIsh Sticks" in America.

I have never heard of them being referred to as Fish Fingers.

I think we would get the point, but if you really want to do it right, I would use, Fish Sticks.
