  1. Omega 3 - it comes in orange flavour either in medicine form of chewy jelly sweet - gr8 for concentration

  2. Very good!!! especially if your child has dry skin or bad hair. Also if you have a child that is a bit overweight, but too young to excerize, the Amino acids in fish oil can be very helpful and also healthy.

  3. There has been some research into Omega 3 in fish oil, and there does seem to be some proof that it can boost their brain power.  You can get it in capsules at the chemist.  I keep meaning to try it too!  Anyway, I was given a spoonful of cod liver oil every day as a child, and did pretty well!  Though I would add that it is probably better to give them oily fish to eat at least twice a week; I'm sure they'd like some poached salmon, and most children like tuna.  Sardine sandwiches?  Smoked mackerel?

  4. With out doubt!  Taste terrible...but one of the healthest things to provide a child

  5. yeah defo, omega 3 etc xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  6. yes E P A fish oils are good for kids
