Are food coupons allowed to be sold! or do they get voided?

i found these site but they sell the coupons? why i read in some of them the value if sod are 1/100 or somenthing like this

so why is it OK for these people to be selling them? should they be reported and if so where to?

  1. um i don't know. OH wait this may be vioted. You should use them if they aren't over date then they they are violated and if it says 1/00 that doesn't mean anything

  3. Yes, it is legal to sell coupons, buy your Sunday paper (some are Saturday) and checkout the coupons there, maybe you will be able to trade coupons for the ones you need/

  4. I think the value listed on the coupons are for if you wanted to get money for the coupon from the manufacturer in place of getting the amount off the item.

    Yes, it's legal for people to sell coupons. Why not? They took the time to clip the coupons but if they're not going to use them they might as well let someone have them who will. And isn't it easier for you to pay a dime for a coupon than to have to hunt in a bunch of newspapers, hoping you find one? A dime is a good price considering you'll save $1 on the item you're buying at the store.

    Just my two cents worth. :)
