  1. Fox are not harmful to people.  If you are messing with one they will bite you.  There is the potential for several serious diseases, like rabies.  Leave the wild to the wild, that includes fox kits.

  2. No, not at all. Foxes are small animals compared to human beings, and avoid them whenever possible. They certainly wouldn't (and indeed couldn't) eat you! The worst they could do is bite you, and would only do so if cornered and felt threatened - they would much prefer running away to a confrontation. Note that in some countries foxes can carry rabies and other diseases, so it's best not to put yourself in a position where you might get bitten. If you leave them alone, they'll leave you alone.

  3. Fox, like most wild animals, are extremely shy and avoid humans.  It will attack if cornered, but otherwise will avoid people.  If you ever see one in the open that seems unafraid, get away from it and call animal control immediately.  Lack of fear is a sure sign of rabies infection.

  6. The only time foxes are harmful to people is when they have rabies. Any other time you'd be very lucky to see a fox. They're very good at hiding themselves. After all the saying goes "As cunning as a fox."

  7. No they usually avoid people.

They just eat our leftovers, and our chickens if they can get to them.
