  1. yes! i dont think it will ever die out. its the thrill of watching the brave person on bike large enough to crush them jump and do stunts 20+ feet in the air! go for it!

  2. Don't dream....Do it! Yes, there is alot of famous freestyle riders on the competition circuit.but, freestyle riders don't really retire they just go off and do something elese(supermoto, rally car racing, judging freestyle competitions) but their love for the sport always remains. I'm 40yrs old and i do a few demos every now and then and i'm really thinking about training riders to do freestyle motocross(the basics and safety) I'm in the process of building a huge FMX compound(250 acres). If you want to do freestyle motocross, then do it because your love the sport don't do it for the money or the fame(but it is nice). If you progress steady and know your limitations you can do and be very great in the sport of freestyle motocross. If you accomplish your self in freestyle motocross and make a career of it....then you can do anything.

  3. technically, freestyle with probably never be officially over with. the popularity might definitely die down as it seems it has slightly. dont give up tho, keep riding or doing anything that has to do with riding.  and if you are serious about riding join the AMA to stop the rabid tree-hugging environmentalists so everyone who wants to ride still has a place to ride in the future.

  4. Sorry dude.

Was there a question in all that?

  5. hey 3 FMX

What Barry said is good advice, do it 'cos you can and you love it!

Whilst you may (or may not) turn out to be a MEGASTAR - what you will hopefully find is that you can make a good living doing something you really love.

That could open loads of doors to other areas of motorsports - which could turn out to be a move into a great career that you haven't even considered yet!

Go for it and good luck!
