  1. It certainly depends on the type that you purchase. I would stay with the naturally sweetened ones. Sugar free ones sometimes have chemical sweeteners in them that really aren't good for us. Remember to read the label.

  2. Not the sugar free ones no

  3. they're healthier than say, Cheetos or a hot fudge sundae but they can be a little bit on the sugary side. opt for sugar free or no sugar added instead

  4. yes,   it's processed.

  5. Yes. Junk foods are named as such because they're useless junk as far as food goes. After eating "junk food" you don't feel full or satisfied, and you'll be hungry shortly thereafter. They have little to no nutritional value and so you basically just consumed calories for no reason at all.

If the fruit popsicle were made out of 100% natural juice you MIGHT be able to claim that they had nutritional value, but there's still very little value when compared to actually eating the fruit whole. And the chances of you feeling full or even staving off hunger for long after eating a popsicle are pretty slim.

So yes, fruit popsicles are junk food.

  6. Not really... They are fruit- ice- and sugar. Not too bad for you. Sugar-free is the best option.

  7. Well, if it's sugar free than it's a little better for you, but the flavoring syrup/juice is what makes it unhealthy
