Are galaxies part of something bigger like a supergalaxy?

Imagine all the stars in a galaxy, now imagine each one of those stars are a galaxy that makes up something bigger like a supergalaxy. Also if there is a super galaxy, is there more than one, and even further do the super galaxies make up an even bigger super galaxy, how can we tell that we aren't part of something huge!

Yes.  Ours is called the local group, which is part of the Virgo supercluster.

Yes.  They are called galactic clusters.

Addendum: Galactic clusters themselves form weblike structures that weave throughout the entire universe.  Between these threads are millions upon millions of parsecs of void, where the only things to exist are background radiation and a very, very thin hydrogen gas.

We do know that there are super-galactic clusters, but our knowledge ends there.

this is why in science we use a philosophy called the burden of proof, if you want to suggest something about reality, you need evidence to back up your claim. there could be millions of different ideas similar but contradictory to your own, how are we to determing which one is correct without evidence.

Super galaxies just refer to the size of a galaxy (it is large). Galaxies are a collection of stars, planets, dust, gas etc. that are held together by gravity. Galaxies can be considered clusters because at a certain view that's the way they look. For example, the Milky Way and Andromeda are nearby, but still considered their own galaxies.

The structure of the universe seems to be that galaxies often form into loose clusters.  There are about three dozen galactic members in our local group, varying widely in size and stellar populations.  Then many of these groups or small clusters belong to much larger aggregates called superclusters.  These superclusters may contain thousands to millions of galaxies, depending on how they are designated.
