I don'tt think there is actual proof that they are real but they might be I believe in them but then again i am  gulible.

I think that they are. My Grandparents say they have seen ghosts at one point or another throughout their lives, I believe them.

Kowning is very dangerous. Don't do it, please. It can have a devastating effect on everyone around you.

Especially if you do it around Ghosts.

And they're not even real.

My old house was haunted and i know that a lady once died there!  Spooky!

My friends house is also haunted and you hear the doorbell go on and off and the jukebox as well!

It depends on the person you talk to. I know they are real, but I have also talked to people that think i'm insane. I know what I see and hear in my home everyday, and also what I have seen in my grandmother's home.

I think Yes.

We live in an age of Science with its emphasis on empirical and verifiable facts. Hence, we are obtusely fascinated with the reality of things that can be  be felt, seen or heard as the only reality. But just as we can understand, acknowledge and profess the reality of love, so ought we to understand the reality of ghosts, God and allied matters.

Ghosts are beings that are not imposed on us by the reality of their forms; rather, by the reality of their ethereal existences in non-matter forms.

Can this be proved? This is the obtuse fascination of science. How can you prove the existence of things that obeys not your laws but its own? The existence of Ghost can not be proved using the parameters of natural science. To prove the existence of Ghost, therefore, we need to go beyond the parameters of science and its emphasis on verifiability, etc.

If we are incapable of acknowledging the reality of ghosts let alone comprehend it, why then do we accept the existence of God? This, to me, is contradictory.

How can you accept the existence of God and deny the existence of ghosts, especially as both are unseen? The fact that both are unseen points in one direction: to be is not dependent on to be seen.

At age 20, I was coming home from my father's poultry at about 10.00 PM. This time of day in Africa is pitch-dark. Lo and behold, standing before my very eyes was a small human-like being! It was dark, so I could not see the complexion of the being. Nevertheless, 'it' - teh being - was holding a lamp. I ran away in fear, but much as i tried to increase the gap between us, 'its' closeness to me was more than i could endure. I shouted for a non-existing help! The more i shout, the more hillarious the being's laughter. 'It' laughed loud and long and dissappeared after a time into the night.

I reported the experience to my father.

The next day, other people confirmed having seen the being at that particular area at sundry times. Obviously, this was a ghost. Of whom? I cannot say.

While this may sound fictitious to many, it is my experience and i can confirm that it was as true as the existence of this peice on your computer now. In fact, it was as a result of this experience that i choose to answer this question on ghosts.

If we can believe in God, we should be able to believe in ghost as well, afterall, God, as the Christian Bible tells us, is also a spirit.

There is GHOST.

Yes they are, I encountered one once.  They turned my light off and turned the tap on - no one was in the room apart from me!

That was very scary! :S
