Are girls becoming more violent with other girls?

A recent newstory fom Florida shows 6 teenage cheerleaders beating a defensless girl, while 2 boys act as look outs. Are today's girls becoming more agressive and violent, and are todays boys becoming more feminized?

Yes, in the last thirty years girls have become much more violent.  It is the liberating influence of the feminists!!

I saw that on the news and thought how horrible that would be for my daughter to be on either side.  I pulled my daughter from a public school last October because it seemed that was all that was going on but it was not recorded therefore not aired all over.  I don't believe it is that they are becoming more violent I feel it has to do with parenting.  All the situations my daughter ran across from 4th to 9th grade were from kids that had non working/working  parents that didn't care what their kids were doing or parents that had two jobs and cared but were never there.  Parents that don't communicate with their kids seemed shocked when something bad happens....  Hello....  they are unsupervised with no direction and their violence is a scream for attention.  As for the boys becoming more feminized, I don't see any of that so I can't comment.  However, I do see a lot of HS and adult females that are not afraid of men and are quick to be violent maybe that's Tyra and Maury's fault...  lol.  Men (not fem) get abused these days just as women but it's ashame that some men sit in jail because they were just defending themselves.  I just saw it on TV last night and haven't had time to check it out further but it is a very scary thought how children can be so cruel........

No, they haven't become more violent. When I was their age more than 30 years ago, I learned not to mess with gangs of girls belonging to other ethnic groups. That's because they would gang up and beat you up.
