Are go-peds street legal in Las Vegas?

Because I want to ride my go-ped around to walmart and to other stores and sutff,

There is no law against it yet. Also no places to park them and they don't let you ride them inside the store. So you would have to figure out some way to lock it up so no one would steal it when you were in the store.
