I really really want a golf cart for my birthday/christmas. The only problem is i want it to be a SUPER safe one. I heard they flip over easily since they are top-heavy. My mom is very careful about me getting hurt since she see's a lot of people getting injured in her work. Do you know where to get a good/safe/cheap golf cart?

and how do i convince my mom to letting me get one?

  1. Yeah, golf carts are really safe... I've had one for the last six months... and I ride the roughest, but I still never flipped over or got hurt.

  2. The Carts are only as safe as its drivers...

If you like to have fun and skip around corners and go for a ride on the golf course like an Disneyland ride, then do yourself a favor, your not mature enough to get one.

  3. There is no such thing as a safe golf cart. There are no directional signals. There is no full enclosure for the driver and the passenger. The sides are unprotected and the cart is top heavy.  If the cart is for driving around, wait until you are of age to get behind the wheel of an automobile. At least the safety factor is in the machine. Whether it is in the brain of the teen aged driver remains to be seen.. Get smart. Don't infuriate your mother. Trust her for a change.

  4. i think almost all golf carts are the same for safe reasons. BUT if you turn sharp corners really fast then yah they can flip .. but if you just are careful they are fine.. i have never flipped a golf cart and i have used one forever. it is just a normal golf cart. and it isnt in the best of shape but it is still good but if you drive wreckless then you wont be WRECK-LESS haha stupid joke. lol. but yah u will probably flip.
