Are grade 11 courses critical to get into university?

Question

how many university course do u need in grade 11 to get into university?

and is it a big deal? does it matter grade 11?

or just grade 12...

The grade 11 courses prepare you for the grade 12 courses, so they are necessary.  What you need exactly depends on the university and the program you want to do.  Here are a couple of links to complete lists of Canadian universities.  You need to look at the requirements of the school you want to attend.  

Minimally most universities require at least two years of academic math in high school, as well as courses in a science.  Some require courses in a second language.  All require English courses - literature and language.  Talk to a counselor at your school for  more specific information.
