Are green cheek conures good pets?

are they good as in noice whise cauz i got a ringneck

No, they are not loud, but sun conures are loud.

Almost every GCC i know is a sweetheart.  Green cheeks have BIG personalities, especially for such small birds!  This can be a good thing, because they're so smart and interactive.They are very east to train, but may not talk as well as other birds, but they still learn words! They LOVE apples, ( but don't give it seeds!)  Most green cheeks just adore having their heads and necks rubbed; many also like to be petted all over and some will allow you to do things like flip them over on their backs and rub their tummies.  They also love to snuggle, and will hide and play and may possibly 'eat' your hair!Green cheeks do love to play!  Toys can be store-bought, or home-made, and they can also be things that I bet you never thought were toys at all!  I can't go anywhere without him.  He does not get into fights with the other birds at the bird store i work at.  He will let baby GCC , not related, play and anooy him, but will not do anything. Green cheeks will also play with you, initiating their own games.  One favorite is, "I drop it, you get it!".
