Are green lasers illegal in australia?

im planning to buy a 30mw green laser this week from the net

but was wondering if i would be able to recieve it, and if i would be able to use it in australia

no way! you can use it in Australia freely. Only the 4.99 green Laser is the illegal.because it has high power laser pointers.You will be able to use it freely at the Australia
