Are guinea pigs with red eyes blind?

I got a baby guinea pig today its a brownish colour and has red eyes.

I don't think so.  True albino white guinea pigs also have red eyes, and they are not blind.

No, red eyes do not mean that the guinea pig is blind.

However, I would suggest taking him/her to a vet, just to be sure. Even if she/he is not blind, a first checkup is always good, especially for a baby guinea pig. If you got him/her at a pet store, I would highly recommend you make the checkup your first priority; pet store animals are often sick and/or malnourished.
