I think they are but only if the bow is small, such as the length of your pinky, and if it matches your outfit. And they headband isnt over 1 and a half inches wide.

but i think youd have to be pretty confident to wear one haha

i dunno if they're "in" or not. But who cares? If you like 'em then wear 'em! B/c i do and i couldn't care less if they are not in fashion, they look cute to me! I say go for it!

No not really anymore, they are adorable on younger girls, but if your older then try just a normal headband, with a nice pattern, you could still try yu might be able to pull it off, as long as your entire outfit isnt super girly, then yu could wear the bow headband   ( And reason for outfit not to be super girly with bow headband is cuz itz just so overwelming like lotz of pink and bows and glitter lol )
