No. They must use their feet as guns. Canadian hands don't seem to work as well.

I don't know if a Canadian resident can have a handgun or not. They probably can. But if you are traveling to Canada, bringing a handgun into the country is strictly forbidden.

Yes, handguns are very loud in Canada, as they are everywhere else.

Handguns are very restricted in Canada, but yes they are allowed.  I think you must be a member of a licensed gun club, and keep them locked and stored in the club at all times.
