Are highlights out of style?

I was wondering this because I want to get highlights again but I've had them for like 3 years. Are they out of style or not? Is there another hair dying technique that will make my hair pop like highlights do?

no. highlights will always be in and will always look awesome!! so you should defiantly do it.

They arent out of style, but they are almost out of season. Its going to be fall time in just a few short weeks, so if you want to still make your hair "pop,"  I would go with low lights. Your natural hair color, plus the lowlights, plus the already existing highlights you have, will add a lot of dimension to your hair.

no i have highlights and im 13 they r so not out of style

and ask people at your local salon for advise of how to make your hair pop because they are trained for that and would be the best help.
