Are hip piercings really worth it?

I really want mine done but from what I hear it hurts lots n there temporary, whatchu think peoples?

they don't hurt.

i don't know why people say that, they hurt less than lobe piercings.

it's just skin you're getting pierced, and it glides through so easily.

i love my hip piercings, but they really were just temporary.

they rejected immediately, and i had them for 3 months.

the rejection didn't hurt at all, but now i'm left with nasty scars.

Easily infected.

Costs money.

&& it will hurt.

Not something I would do... but that's just me.

they hurt loads, especially for the first few days, because your walking and  it kills, this boy at my school had it done, on both hips, and everyone was like Ouch, but there again he had piercing nearly everywhere

but no i wouldn't recommend it as from what i have heard it hurts really bad

hip?never seen that one.I wouldn't do it.Your jeans would constantly be rubbing against it....

I have my hips pierced. I got it done like a couple days ago it didnt hurt too bad at all my belly button hurt more. i wanted something temporary because they other kind of hip piercing is permant and u have to have them cut out so i think surface hip piercings is the best choice if you really want them. When i got them done I paid 100.

I have mine done, luckily they didn't reject.

It's pointless paying for it if it's just gonna reject though.

Mine didn't hurt at all, but I have a pretty high pain tolerance.

I'd start with nose, then work your way up :)

By the time you'll get to hip, you'll be used to it.

I love how they look, but they are a waste of money since they reject extremely easily.
