  1. Yes, but depends on the TYPE of Hobby you chose. Being a couch-potatoe won't prolong but shorten your life span. Ahtletic sports will prolong your life, hmmm, try yoga. ;)

Yes ,offcourse Hobbies help in improving health as hobbies make person bussy which control your mental stress .your stress level inversaly effect your health and health directly your life. so more mental stress health down more, thus health down leads less life. Stress can be only reduced if remains busy with something by your nature i.e your hobby. so mske good hobbies ,busy youself with cheerful things ..improve your health ...long live.

    Don't Speak too much of lie

    Don't Hurt others and yourself

    Don't think much

    Don't eat much

    Don't Procastinate

    Always be contended in what you have in life

    Always do your optimum effort so that you never have to repent in life

    This will definitely give u a great life and health
