  1. Of course. All species are constantly evolving and adapting to new environments.

It's really hard to cite specific evidence, because evolution takes place over very long periods of time. Living in the here and now, it's hard to look at our society right now and compare it to the societies of 10, 30, 50, even 100 years ago and see any difference. But I bet that several thousand years from now, humans will be different.

  2. Evolving physically? Maybe. Mentally or on the basis of intelligence? I doubt it, haha.

  3. If we keep on disrespecting others and being nasty to each other, no.

If we learn to work together we have evolved. Even animals are more evolved! They can work as one to survive.

  4. the closer we get to space, the faster we evolve. And we are almost there!

In space, with little or no gravity, we will be much thinner and taller. We will be able to jump, meters into the air, our skins colour will change. thats just a few things that we know will happen and its not far off. In the mean time, we are smarter, stronger, live longer, run faster, use synthetic and robotic body organs and parts........how havent we evolved?

  5. I think I accept evolution, but only within the life of the given species. We have no missing links to some Ape cousin or anything of that sort, and there's not a shred of evidence to support the theory.  PS. If your going to give me a thumb down, let's see the evidence for it.

  6. One shown trait that is being passed on to children is being near sighted. Much research has been done on this, and it is shown to be because of the increase of the use of technology; humans being so close the the computer for long periods of time, and people sitting closer to the tv and watching much more of it from the 1900's.

  7. There is evidence that humans are, indeed, evolving today.

Researchers discovered genetic evidence that human evolution is speeding up – and has not halted or proceeded at a constant rate, as had been thought – indicating that humans on different continents are becoming increasingly different.

“We used a new genomic technology to show that humans are evolving rapidly, and that the pace of change has accelerated a lot in the last 40,000 years, especially since the end of the Ice Age roughly 10,000 years ago,” says research team leader Henry Harpending, a distinguished professor of anthropology at the University of Utah.

  8. The change in allele frequencies in populations of humans.

  9. 'Today' being the last 5000 years, yes. Cities, agriculture, skyrocketing technological curve--how could we not be affected? Our next 'incarnation' may be Homo Spiritum - man of God.

  10. I don't believe in evolution, per se. Ask me again when someone finds a bunch of half-human apes in the wild.

  11. a cancer patient once said that soo much people are deveolpin cancer because its part of a greater plan of evolution of the human species where eventually cells wil evolve n be able to fight cancer n no one will get it anymore. cell and dna evolution means the human species evolve. very possible. its like natural selection n adaptin n changin to accommodate changin environment. its about survival
