If you mean organic as in "Organic Chemistry" then yes, of course we are.  The study of cells, for example, is part of organic chem.  As opposed to the study of metals.

If you mean organic like the expensive section at Whole Foods, then no.  That "organic" is a fairly arbitrary trade definition which specifies how food is grown, fed, fertilized, harvested, and shipped.  It changes all the time as various groups who see the benefit of the label lobby to have their practices included, rather than excluded, in the definition.
