Are indian ringneck parakeets good talkers?

i realy want a indian ringneck now they seem pretty kool i wanna know if they are good talkers and if there better talkers than quaker parakeets.i kinda want to compare them please help me?

I bread Indian Ringnecks the males are excalent talkers,the females talk but not near as good.I kept a male baby,i sent in blood(from a toe nail)to have it sexed.The males get the black ring around their neck,females don't.

Quaker / Monk Parakeets seem to be better talkers than Ringnecks.. I have a male Ringneck that says about 20 words but that is it.. The ting with Quakers is be sure you live in a state where they are legal.. There are allot of laws governing them

IRN's can be great talkers.

have a look on youtube for Tajj. he's not one of mine but he is a great talker.

same with anakin and archamedes (not sure on the spelling)
