  1. It is against the law to have your interior lights on when moving it is a safety hazard.


  2. As far as I know there is no law against lights in the car though I'd imagine if they were visible from outside the car and in cop/emergency vehicle colors they could make up some story about how someone could confuse your lighting for undercover cop strobes and write you up a ticket.

  4. NO.................but you can only use them while the vehicle is parked.
