Are internet lottery pools illegal in Georgia?

Are internet lottery pools illegal in Georgia? If not I would like to start one or join one. Does anyone know if there illegal because I can't find one in the web.

I don't think you can do an internet lottery pool in GA, because all tickets have to be purchased with cash.

Therefore any pool setup would be at the discression of the individuals, and not sure that the internet would be a good place to find people to trust with money.
