I've had it for 2 weeks and I just started an anitibiotic. I heard these two poses might make things worse. I still have mucus forming and a slight cough.

  1. It says they are recommended for the common cold, but not for sinus infections, or any discharges from the ears, nose, throat, etc.

  2. Yes, Antibiotics will make a sinus condition worse.  Da*n pill pushing doctors.

The Mayo clinic did a study in the 90s and found that almost all sinus problems are fungus infections

Fungicides; Garlic fresh or capsule. Oil of oregano, Olive leaf extract, cinnamon.  All found at health stores.

Oregano P73 is the best. just put a couple of drops under your toung twice a day, and hold it there for a couple of minutes.  It burns a little but it is going straight int the blood stream this way.  Good stuff.    Good Luck
