Are invites to yahoo groups broken?

I've invited people that I know want to join, but the last 6 have not joined. Also, pending members shows no one. What's up?

If you haven't, you should e-mail those six people asking them if they got the Invite, and if so did they have any problems with it.

People who accept Invitations become regular members; Invitations are meant to bypass the pending/approval process, even in Restricted Membership Groups.

some mail providers see invites as spam, and never get to the people they're sent to.

the pending members are for people who happen upon your group from the directory- invites will not end up as pending since you're 'inviting' them.

look in your members list to see if they've joined or not
