I've just washed mine,

didn't empty my pockets!

It smells nice!

  2. no they arent. call apple, they will send you a box and then you send them your ipod and they send you a new one!

  5. No! Nut try putting it on the radiator sometimes electrical things will dry out and then work again.

  6. slim chance if you let it dry out for 2-3 days and DON'T try to switch it on it may recover.

  7. idk about ipods i had a cheap plastic sandisk mp3 player and i washed it, i just let it dry for a few days and it was fine

  8. NO MP£ player is waterproof.

    WATER + ELECTRONICS = DEAD ELECTRONICS.

    you can get the shuffle water resistant by a special company that applies a silicone coating to it and plug for the dock but generally get them wet and they die (especially disk based ones) some may continue to work for a while after being dried out but eventually slow corrosion will stop it working.

    Time to budget for a replacement.
