If you refer to the afro-american people by saying black, nope, iranians skin color is more closely related to whites.

But by saying white, if you're referring to the slavic people, than no again iranians skin color is not that pale.

I'm just hoping that you ask the comparison according to the color of their skin and not according to something else!

Scientist have concluded that Mankind Origins are from Africa, as the population grew and dispersed around the world Human Characteristics changed (evolved) in order to adapt to the new enviroments, Now with that in mind if you look at the characteristics of Iranian people, there is evidence that supports this, Iran is North West of the African Continent yet south of the European Continent, as people migrated north skin became lighter and the further north you go the lighter the skin becomes,

As you get further from the equater you don't need as much menolin in your skin, thus you become lighter.

So to answer your question they are more closely related to both, since we all started in the same place

Iranian people are more related to white people.  Iranians share common ancestors with most Europeans, northern Indians, Armenians, and Kurds.  They are not related to their Arab neighbors.

This is linguistically proven since Persian (Iranian) is an Indo-European language, meaning that the Persian broke off from a mother tongue that also gave rise to the European languages, Sanskrit, Armenian, Kurdish, and the few Afghan languages.

The original homeland of the Persians (and all other Indo-Europeans) is in Europe, just north of the black sea.

You could even say that the Iranians are white, but the Arabs and mongols have mixed with them to some degree.
