Are k-ci and Jo Jo on crack?

I saw a video onMedia takeoutt of K-Ci and Jo Jo of Jodeci and one of them just passed the F... out! Right on stage! He got up, gave his regards to the fans and that was it. I hear they are on drugs. Does anyone know if its true?

Epileptic my *** - he is indeed on drugs. If he was having a seizure don't you think the security dude would have picked HIM up instead of the microphone? They're used to that... it happens. Look up pictures of them if you don't believe me... they are CRACKED OUT.
