  1. Ummm well out of those two i would go with the K2's for backcountry, definitely not the pipecleaners.  Those are "PIPE" cleaners as in halfpipe.  

    If your looking for a great backcountry ski, go with something like K2 Seths, Volkl Rock, Rossignol Scratch BC, or Atomic Pimps.
