Are kinder bueno's vegetarian ?

and just curious if they are or not :) ?

Kinder Buenos are suitable for vegetarians, but not vegans because they contain dairy milk. Kinder Buenos contain hazelnuts, so are not suitable for those with a nut allergy.

Ingredients (as written on packaging):
