  3. Yes ,the only restriction is the seating capacity of the vehicle.

  4. I think so because when I was once learning we picked up the next learner before I had being dropped off and I drove... :)  But... that was a few year ago and the law could've changed since...

  8. Yes it is ok to have a passenger in the back as long as you have a qualified driver (3 years past their test) in the front.  Also you have to make sure they wearing a seat belt.
