Are leed rhinos really that bad?

i mean they beat the storms by 7 points!!

i thought it would have been a slaughter but leeds couldnt do anything.

me, myself am a storm supporter but i expected a huge loss considering all of the odds going against Storms. there are countless things that went against the storms (not in the game) the main one being the leeds had their full grand final squad and the storms were short 2 extrodinary excellent world class players inclduding Cameron Smith at hooker and Greg Inglis centre/fullback/5/8 (all at which he is world class at)

so how did the almight leeds achive such a small victory on their home turf?

The Sheep is right. They've had 5 months off, & after a long flight & whatever, they have to play a game against a team that is fit & in form. Why can't this game be played in Australia bi-annually?

LEEDS AREN'T THAT GOOD,THE STORM WERE BEHIND THE EIGHT BALL FROM THE START,IT IS VERY HARD FOR ANY AUSTRALIAN TEAM TO GO TO ENGLAND AND WIN,UNLESS OF COURSE YOU HAPPEN TO BE THE MIGHTY ROOSTERS THEY WERE THE LAST TEAM TO WIN THERE ,WELL WHEN I SAY WIN I MEAN SLAUGHTER ST HELENS 44-0 WHEN ST HELENS WERE THE TALK OF LEAGUE IN ENGLAND AS PROBABLY THE BEST SIDE EVER ,"GO YOU ROOSTERS".

Firstly Mark, Matt King was in the Grand Final Squad, think he even scored a try.

Secondly Cam Smith stayed at home for the birth of his first child and Greg Inglis is recovering from shoulder reconstruction :(

Now as to Leeds V Storm. Now I could be biased and say Leeds only managed such a small score because the Storm are the best but I won't lol, I think Leeds just weren't expecting the Storm pizazz we gave them and it wasn't even our best.

I say bring it to Oz after we've had a couple of games and we'll pound them into the ground!!

The World Club Challenge is ridiculously weighted in favour of the UK team having it played at that time of the year

That is the best that an English team can do against a depleted team.  It happens nearly every time they play these games.  English teams couldn't hack the grind of the NRL competition so they give them as big an advantage as they can.  They should play the game in the middle of both seasons, say late July, so that both teams would be at full strength and match fit.  I don't like the storm, but I can see that they were ripped off!  

Now, if they moved to the Central Coast it would be better as well!  The Central Coast junior teams, S.G. Ball and Harold Matthews, are both called Storm as is the NSW Cup team?!  I could see myself supporting them if they went there as I was born at Gosford.
